We offer diving instruction for all levels and interests.

For those with no prior experience who wish to dive immediately, we have a one-day "Try Scuba" course. A classroom orientation in the morining is followed by a training session in the pool. Students then accompany the instructor for an afternoon dive at Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary.

For full certification, we offer SSI, PADI and NAUI programs. Students complete a home study program, using state of the art DVDs, videos and books, in the comfort and convenience of your home. Your Innerspace instructor will review this material with you and answer any questions you may have. The majority of time is spent mastering skin and scuba diving skills in the pool and then diving on the reef. The course takes 4 days in addition to the time spent in home study.

For those who have completed classroom training, we offer open water "check-out", usually two days of diving for all of the major training agencies.

For those looking to expand their training we offer one-day Deep and Wreck diving specialties diving the Adolphus Busch, as well as a one-day Nitrox certification class.

We also offer a three-day advanced certification class.
